Step 2: Eyeshadow

Use 2 different shades of shimmering bronze colour (Light and Dark).
Apply the light shade all over the areas
        mapped white.
Apply the dark shade all over the areas
        mapped black.

  Blend! Blend! Blend!
Shimmers are like fairy dust, use them to
         make your eyes sparkle!

Step 3: Eyeliner

Apply eyeliner as shown:
 Fill in the lash line.
Thicken the eyeliner as it goes out and wing the eyeliner downward.
Draw a short line downward at the inner corners.

Filling in the lash line makes the lashes appear more voluminousness.
Winging the eyeliner downward will give a more innocent look.
Slightly extending the inner corners will make the eyes appear larger.

        upward.
Press the end of the falsies downward.
 Apply the second pair.
 Mascara them together.
 Go over again with eueliner.

Holding the lashes upward will make it appear more obvious and doll-like.
Hold the falsies in place for about 10 seconds or longer to make sure it stays in place.
Pressing down the end of the falsies will make the eyes more innocent looking.
Mascara will hold the natural lashes and falsies  together.

Do the same part with the glitter stick.
Apply glitters to the inner corners.
Apply glitters to the center of the lids.
Highlight the brow bone with the glitter
        stick.

Highlighting brings out your features. So do this to add dimension to the eyes.
Highlighting the lower eye area will give an eye bag effect which is cute here.

         plus for dolly makeup.
Light pink blush is an essential for dolly makeup.

Coordinate

I chose pink as the theme colour for this look as it is sweet and girly.

Clothes
  Think "Lolita".
  Get a big puffy dress.
Get it in a pastel colour.
Laces, frills, ribbons, bows are a plus for a dolly look.
Dressed used is mine when I was a kid.

Accessories
Put on laced gloves and socks if you have them.
Any pastel pink or white accessories will match this look.
Match your nails to the look.
Remember to bring a cute matching bag if you're going out.
Wear white knee-high leggings if you like.
  Get your shoes to match

BE a Doll

 Dolls have Big Eyes
Always remember to open tour eyes as big as possible!

 Behave
Control your excitement. Dolls are very lady-like, so think and behave like one.

 Talking
Speak politely to everyone and strictly do not use any vulgar or hurtful words!

 Walk
Try not to walk like a robot, but just walk naturally. If possible, don't run or jump.

 Table Manners
If you're eating, remember that you do look like a doll so don't turn into a monster.

 Smile!
Smile and giggle as much as you like. A smile is a girl's best accessory after all.

 Confidence
You look great now so hold your head held high and strut what you've got

 Be nice
Be kind and caring to others, even animals and other non-living things.

 Smell Good
Can you imagine a cute, stinky doll? LOL
